Should personal identification, such as a copy of your passport, be requested of you during the payment process, this indicates that you have exceeded your credit card limit or the limit set by our credit card provider. *** Ordering by Advance Payment: (Check/Money Order)
After you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase. Here you will find the banking information necessary to transfer the balance of your invoice to our account. Once we have received the balance, your order will be shipped to you, or, in the case of downloadable purchases, made available for download in your customer account. You can also check the status of your order, including your tracking number, in your customer account. Should you need to double-check the banking details for your order, you can find our bank account information here as well. To access your customer account, please log in here. Then click on “MY ACCOUNT” in the upper right hand corner.
IMPORTANT: the incoming amount must be identical to that shown on the invoice;
you are responsible for any bank fees. In the event that bank fees are deducted from the due payment, the system will not approve shipment.
*** Moneybookers:

Moneybookers is a worldwide payment system simliar to PayPal. After opening a free account with Moneybookers, you have the option to add money to this account—for example using a money wire—or to add another form of payment such as a credit card to your Moneybookers account. The advantage of using Moneybookers is that, following a one-time registration, only your login information is needed to pay in our shop, and it is not necessary to enter personal information, such as your credit card number, with each new purchase. Your personal information is thus transferred only once to Moneybookers, but can thereafter be used repeatedly.

You have the possiblity to ship to five addresses other than your billing address—the perfect way to give the gift of health to friends or colleagues, or to have your purchase sent to where you can be sure to receive the package during the day. Please be advised that our shipments contain the oroginal invoice.
All Biologo-Detox products as well as the shippping costs include the current English VAT of 20 %, with the exception of books, which are tax exempt.

We are required to charge the English VAT to all companies and freelancers in the health sector, provided that they have not made express their wish for exemption and provided us with the necessary fiscal information.

In addition, it is also necessary to check whether your country's laws permit the resale of products purchased. Please send us a fax or an e-mail with the following attachments:
- an official document clearly stating your VAT-Identification Number and the name or company to which the number has been issued. A verification certified by your tax advisior may also suffice, provided that all the above information is included. (Your customer account must also be registered under the same name as your tax number, otherwise the account can be neither properly assigned nor activated.)
Following the verification of your information, we will adjust your account accordingly and send you a confirmation via e-mail.
Please pay attention to the following:
- Unlike national tax numbers, VAT numbers contain a country abbreviation, such as DE, ATU, IT, NL, etc.
- Due to the fact that any VAT collected must be paid promptly, it is not possible to receive a reimbursement at a later date. However, EU companies and citizens have the possibiltiy of reclaiming these monies bureaucratically (exception: taxes levied in Great Britain). The procedure involved varies from country to country. Please consult your tax advisor or the responsible financial office.

No, a discount for wholesalers like Internet-Shops or Bookstores is not available. Please check whether you can possibly apply for our special purchasing conditions for selfemployed practitioners, medical doctors, pharmacists, Ciropractitioner, etc..
Downloadable items are purchased like all other items. Following payment (the process may take a few moments), you will see one or more download symbols in your customer account, depending on how many files you have purchased. From this point, you have 15 days to download your purchased files.
To download files, click on the download symbol shown in your account summary; a pop-up window will appear, and you can now choose the location where you want to save the files on your computer, e.g. within “My Documents” or on your desktop. Repeat this process for each download symbol in your account.
Should the download not begin automatically after clicking on the download symbol, right click on the symbol and select “save target as.” You can then choose the location to save the file on your computer.
Should you lose internet connectivity during the download process, don't worry: you can download each file 3 times. Just try again later. You can access your customer account anytime through the online shop on our website.
All the files you download are compressed and saved in .zip format, and in order to open them, you will need a software program, such as 7 Zip (www.7-zip.org) to unzip the files. More recent operating systems will already have the necessary software installed. To access the PDF files, you will need a PDF reader, such as Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded free of charge. All e-books can be printed and notated, but not modified.
Should you be unable to download your e-books, check the security settings of your computer, in particular those of your internet browser.
First check your browser's settings and make sure that it is set to “accept cookies.” Now you are ready to shop.
When you have chosen a product, click on button for “buy” or “add to shopping cart.” The item will then appear in the contents of your shopping cart. If you want to purchase further items, click either on the “back” button, or choose another option from the navigation box—the contents of your cart will be neither deleted nor modified. Even if you leave to browse though our Infocenter, your items will remain in the shopping cart.
You can modify your shopping cart at any time. To change the quantity of a particular item or to delete a product, simply change the appropriate entry in your shopping cart by using the “delete” or “quantity” functions, then click on the “refresh” button.
When you are finished shopping, click on the “checkout” button. You will then be lead step by step through the payment process.
New customers will be requested to open an account and enter their personal information.
If you are a returning customer, you can log into your existing account by entering your email adress and personal password. The system will then take you past the confirmation of our General Terms and Conditions Act to your desired mode of payment.
A further note regarding the customer account: if you are pressed for time, you can elect not to open an account by choosing “shop as a guest.” This saves time, but has as a consequence that you will later be unable able to check the status of your order or download a second copy of your bill. In addition, it is only possible to purchase downloadable items such as e-books with a customer account.
