+++ The delivery within the European Union is done by DPD.

  • The recipient has to confirm the receipt of the delivery
  • Each parcel is covered by insurance
  • Under normal circumstances the delivery will take 2 to 5 working days within Europe

+++ The delivery outside European Union might be done by different deliverers. The delivery might take up to 18 working days.
+++ Downloads do not incur shipping and delivery charges.

In case that your home country is not included in our shipping pricelist, then please send us an e-mail through our cantact-webiste. Provide your exact address and mention if your local area is an island. We will be pleased to support you individually. Customs regulations are handled differently outside the EU. It is therefore your responsibility to inform yourself of and comply to the import regulations regarding the item(s) you wish to import into your home country.

 * Deliveries with DPD to European countries:
In case no one is present at first attempt to deliver, DPD tries a second time. In case of failure at the second time, DPD will leave a message with the request to make a an appointment by phone.
A tracking-system is available, so that you can inform yourself of the progress of your parcel. In order to track your parcel, you need the appropriate tracking number (parcel label number). You will find it in your account ( you have to be logged in) under "orders".
You can go online with that tracking number under www.dpd.com. At the top you find a field named tracking where you can enter your tracking number in order to get an overview of your delivery.
