Educate Yourself
Providing access to quality advice from first-rate experts is only possible in the long run by avoiding overburdening the Team with repeat questions. We are sure you will understand that we can only publish contributions that have been checked with the following criteria:
- has the question already been answered in the Product Brochure?
- has the questions already been answered in the FAQ?
- has the question already been answered by the Detox Experts themselves? (try searching various keywords using the search function on the Detox-Experts' page)
Do not worry: no question will be ignored!

How Does the Detox-Experts Consultation Zone Work?
The first thing you need to do is become a registered user and create a user account (click on “Register”). The process is the same as on an internet forum: intuitive and self-explanatory. A help button can also be found on the registration page. Please note that this account is NOT the same as the customer account for the online shop. You may, however, use the same login data for both accounts.
The consultation zone is bilingual: you may elect to write in either English or German. It is possible and advisable to first look at existing contributions from other members and familiarize yourself with the topic.
Please refrain from providing personal medical advice and from using the Office Hours for advertising purposes (products, websites, medical institutions, etc.). Always choose a succinct, precise title; the moderators have been directed to edit titles as necessary. Prior to publication, your contributions will be checked for compliance with our terms of use.
