Do the algae in the Biologo products also contain iodine?
Lab tests have shown that our freshwater algae contain no iodine.
Why do the Biologo-Detox-Line formulas contain alcohol?
The alcohol not only increase the shelf life of the products but also the bioavailability of herbs and spices and their effectiveness. Alcohol expands the vessels and thus accelerates the promotion of ingredients into the blood circulation. Furthermore small amounts of alcohol help the body to better utilize vitamins and vital substances.
Is the alcohol content of the products of the Biologo-Detox- Line harmful to children?
Practical usage has shown that products with low alcohol content are tolerated well even by small children. Every body produces alcohol during metabolic processes and therefore is used to dealing with small amounts of alcohol.
Why does the Biologo-Detox-Line only comprise tinctures and no tablets?
It only takes 1 to 4 minutes for the organism to absorb and utilize herb tinctures via the blood or saliva. Dried herbs in tablets need 20 to 30 minutes to be effective provided the tablets were chewed and not only swallowed. X-rays have shown that many of those tablets never dissolve at all and hence are completely ineffective. Another point that is essential for the utilization of tablets is a working metabolism which very often is not the case when it comes to people suffering from toxicity. The products of the Biologo-Detox- Line were custom-made for these people.
Why do most Biologo-Detox products contain so many different herbs?
There is a vast difference between the individual herbs and herbal mixtures. If the mixture is right herbs can – almost magically – unfold new, benefi cial qualities any individual herb would never have brought about (syerngy effect). Another reason is that all formulas follow the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and therefore not only contain herbs producing a special effect but also herbs restoring a certain balance. According to Dr. Tim Ray a formula is not good until it safely brings about the wanted effects and at the same time avoids the unwanted effects. This essential balance was established for each and every product of the Biologo-Detox-Line on the basis of saliva and urine samples, salt, sugar and ammonia measurements and other important metabolic data such as pH-value measurement in a great number of patients.
