Now: VAT-free Delivery to NON-European Countries
As of May 1st , 2010 all customers not residing in the EU will receive their orders VAT-free. For this reason, some therapist customers will no longer need to go through the involved bureaucracies in order to obtain the refund for the paid VAT in England. The only requirement for VAT-free shipments is that both the billing as well as the shipping address is not within the EU.
Please consider the following:
Because our prices already include the English VAT, you will only see your VAT-free price after you have logged into your personal account and have been recognised as a non-EU customer.
Orders completed before May 1st, 2010 and paid in advance still display the VAT on the invoice, although the shipment date is noted after May 1st. Pivotal is only the date of the advance payment, which can not be retrospectively changed.
