Pain After Intestinal Surgery Conquered
Car salesman Giovanni P. from Munich had to call the emergency room because of sudden severe abdominal pain. He was admitted to a clinic with the suspicion of an intestinal rupture. After a short examination the clinic doctors called for an emergency surgery, during which the suspicion of an intestinal rupture was confirmed. 20 centimeters of large intestine were removed during a normal surgery, and Giovanni P. recovered, despite a follow-up with antibiotics, very quickly and could leave the clinic already after 10 days.
