Civil Rights: Give Your Opinion
Whether to a European ombudsman, the Committee on Petitions or to the EU commission – EU citizens have the right (and we mean the obligation!) to complain about grievances. For example: about amalgam fillings as tooth replacements, maceration of organic regulations or the absurd change-over from normal light bulbs to energy saving bulbs, which can release pure mercury vapor. Express your critiques and requests for change seriously! How it all works and which expectations you should have can be found in the new special issue of “My Rights – Handbook for EU Grievances”, which was published in cooperation with the EU Office of Coordination of the DNR and the Austrian EU Office of Environmental Issues.
