Finally the Truth!
An American government report from 2008-2009 has just been released and has confirmed, for the first time, the argument of crucial environmental health officers, that the danger of cancer caused by environmental pollutants is glaringly higher than supposed. The cancer experts LaSalle D. Leffall from Howard University und Margaret L. Kripke from the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston believe the suspicion, that environmental pollutants to be the cause of at least 4% of all cancer cases (plus 2% from exposure at the work place), is hopelessly obsolete.
The tips for self protection of the masses, which the experts give in the report, are very interesting. These are exactly the same guidelines which environmental health officers have been giving for years, for which they have been criticised in Germany due to alleged fear-mongering or exaggeration. Not only will you be advised to eco-foodstuffs which have been produced as much as possible without pesticides, but also advised from cancer experts to filter your drinking water. To keep your house clear of harmful substances, shoes should be taken off outside and work clothes should be washed separately from everything else. Electronic devices not in use should be turned off. On top of that, experts advise purchasing a headset for your mobile telephone, in order to avoid possible dangers from electro-magnetic waves (which are to this day still disputed!).
